BOOKING PROCEDURE
1. Kindly advise us of your preferred travel dates and the number of participants, so we can promptly verify slot availability.
2. Once availability is confirmed, we will immediately request a copy of each participant’s passport biopage for enlistment. Upon receipt, an official invoice will be issued within 24 hours.
TOUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS
GUARANTEE SECURITY DEPOSIT: Since slots are limited, a guarantee deposit of USD500 per person, which is considered a down payment, is required to secure the reservation. The guarantee deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE and must be settled within THREE (3) BUSINESS DAYS of receiving the invoice. Otherwise, the slot may be released.
FULL PAYMENT: Full payment must be settled THIRTY (30) DAYS before the Departure Date; otherwise, the slot may be released, and the deposit forfeited. If booked less than a month before departure, full payment must be made THREE (3) DAYS after receiving the Confirmation Invoice.
TICKET ISSUANCE: Ticket issuance is finalized within one week before the departure date. Please note that this timeline is subject to adjustments influenced by the heightened demand experienced during peak seasons, as well as the operational capacity of our airline partners.
BRACKET RATE: Should the number of passengers fail to meet the specified minimum requirement, the payment will be refunded.
DATE TRANSFER POLICY: Upon payment, the client acknowledges that the selected travel date is definitive. Any sudden request for a change in the travel date after payment of deposit is subject to request and may or may not be accommodated.
REFUND POLICY: Any unused tour component, such as hotel rooms, meals, or tours, is non-refundable.
CANCELLATION POLICY: The package is non-refundable and cannot be rebooked. No refunds will be provided for any unused tours, transportation, hotels, and flights. Once the guarantee deposit has been made, cancellation is not permitted. Both the guarantee deposit and full payment will be forfeited in the event of voluntary cancellation. Any unused portion of the package, such as meals and tours, is non-refundable.
SCHEDULE ADJUSTMENTS: In the event of sudden adjustments to the flight schedule made by the airline, clients are expected to follow the new set schedule. Rebooking can only be processed in the event of natural calamities or force majeure (war or threat of war, riot, or civil strife). Likewise, any unforeseen circumstances or changes in the weather may require rearranging the tour's activities or schedule.
GROUP ARRANGEMENT: You are going on a group tour where you will always need to stay with the group. You will stay in the same hotel and travel on the same airline, as well as share all land and sea transportation with other travelers. Should a participant choose to separate from the group during or after a tour, they will do so at their own expense. The operator will not be responsible for any security concerns or other issues that may arise as a result.
IMMIGRATION PROCESS: For passengers unable to pass the immigration process at any international airport, the entire tour package cost is non-refundable. Note that this process is subject to the discretion of the immigration officer, and outcomes may vary based on individual circumstances.
HEALTH AND SAFETY: Participants should be in good health and physically capable of engaging in the planned activities. If you have any physical limitations, please inform the tour operator before the tour begins.
PUNCTUALITY: It is your responsibility to arrive on time for the tour. Late arrivals may result in delay of the tour, thus missing some of the attractions and activities.
CONDUCT: Participants must behave in a manner that respects other tour members, local customs, and laws. The tour operator reserves the right to remove any participant who is disruptive or engages in inappropriate behavior, without refund.
LIABILITY: Tripco is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during the tour, whether caused by accident, negligence, or otherwise. Participants join the tour at their own risk. You are also responsible for your own personal belongings. The travel insurance that comes with the tour package will cover any unforeseen circumstances such as medical emergencies, cancellations, or lost property.
VISA TERMS AND CONDITIONS

If a visa application is denied, the guarantee deposit will unfortunately be non-refundable. The good news is, if the ticket has not yet been issued, you may request a name change and have another passenger with a valid visa join the same departure date.

You may also choose to apply for your visa before making the deposit. Please keep in mind, though, that we cannot guarantee that slots will still be available once your visa is approved.

Joining the group tour is not a guarantee of being granted a visa since applications are treated individually. Visa approval is always dependent on the embassy consul's discretion.

The passport/visa will only be returned to the client upon full payment.

The passport cannot be pulled out once it has already been submitted for visa processing.
