ITINERARY PROGRAM

7:15 AM — Depart Quezon City

Leave the city behind as we journey north to Pampanga, where history is preserved not only in old buildings and museums—but also in recipes, family kitchens and flavors passed down through generations.

Our first welcome is distinctly Kapampangan: a leisurely local breakfast and a chance to settle in before our day of discovery begins.

Step Into the Stories of Old Angeles

Our journey into history begins at Pamintuan Mansion, an elegant ancestral home that witnessed an important chapter in the story of Philippine independence.

From here, we continue into historic Angeles and visit the beautiful Holy Rosary Parish Church, surrounded by streets and landmarks that recall the city's fascinating past.

At Museo ning Angeles, we discover another side of Pampanga—its people, traditions and enduring culinary culture.

A Taste of Kapampangan History

Then comes one of the highlights of our journey: a traditional Kapampangan lunch.

Gather around the table and discover the flavors that made Pampanga the country's celebrated culinary heartland—from sisig and bringhe to treasured local specialties and traditional desserts.

This isn't simply lunch. It's Pampanga's history served at the table, with stories behind the dishes and plenty of time to enjoy them at a relaxed pace.

From Recipe to Tradition

After lunch, slow down and experience Kapampangan food culture more closely through a culinary heritage demonstration.

Discover how a traditional delicacy is prepared and hear the stories, techniques and family traditions that keep these recipes alive from one generation to the next.

A Little Pampanga to Take Home

No journey to Pampanga would be complete without merienda and pasalubong.

Browse local delicacies, enjoy a final Kapampangan treat and bring home a taste of the province to share with family and friends.

Throughout the day, we've built in comfortable pacing, easy walking and regular restroom breaks, so there's time to appreciate each experience without rushing.

4:00 PM — Depart Pampanga for Quezon City

We head home with bags of pasalubong—but perhaps more importantly, with a deeper appreciation of the stories behind Pampanga's food, heritage and people.
